Terms and Conditions
All services undertaken by AR Private Transfers are subject to the following terms.
The customer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms once a booking has been made by
the customer and accepted by AR Private Transfers.
Your Details
Please ensure that all details of your booking are complete and accurate before submission.
If you suspect an error after submission, contact AR Private Transfers promptly for
assistance. A booking shall only be deemed accepted upon written confirmation from AR
Private Transfers.
Price and payment
Our fees for services are calculated based on current rates, which may change periodically.
All charges include VAT. Full payment is required at the time of booking and can be
processed via BACS. Payments are made directly to AR Private Transfers, which will
provide the services.
AR Private Transfers reserves the right to modify pricing at any time; however, such
changes will not impact services that have been booked and paid for in full prior to the
effective date of the price change.
Cancellations, transfers and refunds
You may cancel your booking at any time. A full refund is available within a 24-hour window
from the payment time (*additional reference). Cancellations made after this period will be
eligible for a 75% refund or may be transferred to a different date.
*Please note: If your booking is made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, no refunds
will be issued, and the booking can only be rescheduled.
Termination of Service
AR Private Transfers reserves the right to refuse or terminate service immediately if deemed
necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving a participant who does not
adhere to safety protocols or whose behavior threatens the safety and well-being of the
driver, passengers, or the vehicle. Passengers suspected of being under the influence of
drugs will also be refused service. All participants are expected to behave responsibly and
courteously and to respect fellow passengers and the driver. No refunds will be issued for
journeys terminated midway through the service.
Liability
AR Private Transfers offers various services, including but not limited to airport transfers,
long-distance travel, ferry port transfers, and train station transfers. We will not be liable for
any failure to perform, or delay in performance, caused by events beyond our reasonable
control, such as adverse weather, vehicle breakdowns, or traffic conditions.
In the event that circumstances beyond our control prevent the provision of a booked service
before commencement, a full refund will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to,
extreme weather, fuel shortages, or national emergencies.
If during your journey, your service vehicle breaks down, AR Private Transfers will arrange
an alternative car to complete the journey as soon as possible but will not be liable for delays
caused by this event.
On Board Restrictions
Any spillage or dropping of food items in the vehicle may necessitate cleaning, and a
cleaning fee of £100 may be applied to your transfer costs. Smoking or vaping is strictly
prohibited during all journeys.
AR Private Transfers will not be held liable for the loss or damage to personal belongings
during your transfer. Passengers travel with personal possessions at their own risk. We
allow one average-sized suitcase per person; please inform us of any oversized or additional
luggage in advance.
Amended and diverted Flights
Timely notification of any flight amendments is appreciated, and there is no additional charge
for updating flight details prior to vehicle departure for your designated flight. However, if
changes are communicated after departure, the original transfer will be charged, and
customers will be responsible for arranging alternative transportation.
